Latha Ananth who is  the Founder of Kathaniketan is a passionate Storyteller and an empathetic Educator.

Kathaniketan is an Abode of Stories, where we crafts tailored solutions to enhance communication skills, leadership, and creativity across various age groups. We firmly believe that we live in a world overflowing with stories, and the key to unlocking their potential lies in telling the right story, in the right way, at the right time.

With a unique blend of education and professional experience, Latha has worked in the banking sector, volunteered in educational initiatives both in India and abroad, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. These diverse experiences have equipped her with the ability to approach storytelling with creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of communication dynamics.

Latha is a certified storyteller and a graduate of MICA's Executive Certificate Programme in Strategic Communication with Storytelling, bringing a specialized expertise to each storytelling session. She also holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and an International Certification in Storytelling from Kathalaya, one of India’s leading storytelling institutes.

As a mother , Latha discovered firsthand the profound impact storytelling has on children’s development. This led her to deepen her passion for storytelling as a tool for unlocking hidden potential, boosting confidence, and nurturing creativity in young minds. Her aim is to transform storytelling from a simple bedtime activity into a powerful tool for learning, growth, and self-expression.

Kathaniketan’s sessions for young minds are designed to engage, inspire, and empower children, helping them develop essential communication skills, unlock their creativity, and build the confidence to express themselves. Through her work, Latha aims to nurture the next generation of storytellers, leaders, and confident communicators.
